Welcome to Lemon Almanac. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
Lemon Almanac creates personalised memory books and other customised keepsakes using the photos, stories and information provided by customers.
Product images shown on our website are for representation. Because each book is personalised, the final content will vary from order to order.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your contact details, shipping address and personalisation information.
An order is considered placed once payment has been successfully received.

3. PERSONALISATION
After purchasing your book, you will be asked to submit the required photos, stories and other information through our Start Creating form.
Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate and that the photos and content you provide are suitable for your intended book.

4. CUSTOMER CONTENT
By submitting photos, text, stories or other content to Lemon Almanac, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use that content for the purpose of creating your order.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.

5. PREVIEW & APPROVAL
Once we receive the required information, we create your personalised book and send you a preview within 2–3 business days.
You are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully before approving it for printing.
Once the preview has been approved and sent for printing, changes may no longer be possible.

6. PRINTING & DELIVERY
After preview approval, your book will be printed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Courier delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
Please ensure that the shipping information provided during your order is accurate.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are personalised specifically for each customer, returns and cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or video.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Lemon Almanac website, branding, designs, graphics, written content, templates and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lemon Almanac and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without permission.
Customer-submitted photos and personal content remain the property of the customer or their respective rights holders.

9. PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through our available payment providers. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website and services available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or modify website features for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lemon Almanac will take reasonable care in creating and fulfilling your order. However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical failures or other force majeure events.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
