YOUR PHOTOS, MEMORIES & PERSONAL CONTENT
Your memories belong to you.
Any photos, stories, messages or other personal content you choose to add to your Lemon Almanac keepsake are yours alone. We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use, publish, reproduce, distribute or share your photos, personalised keepsakes or any Canva links generated from your templates without your explicit consent.
If you choose to tag Lemon Almanac or share your completed keepsake with us, we will always ask for your permission before featuring it on our website, social media or marketing materials.
Your memories remain private and are treated with the utmost care and respect.

CANVA TEMPLATES & GENERATED LINKS
Our products are delivered as editable Canva templates.
Once your template has been delivered, you are in complete control of your personalisation. Any Canva view links, exported PDFs or printed versions generated from your personalised template remain your own.
Lemon Almanac does not access, monitor, store or use your completed personalised keepsakes or any Canva links you create after delivery unless you voluntarily share them with us for support or feedback.

PAYMENTS
During our initial launch, payments are completed through the payment methods shared directly by Lemon Almanac during the ordering process.
We do not collect or store your banking or payment information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Lemon Almanac templates, illustrations, layouts, artwork, branding and designs are protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal-use licence only.
Our products may not be copied, redistributed, resold, modified for resale or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lemon Almanac.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and treat every order with care.
While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we are committed to handling your information responsibly and respectfully.
